P. -------- 02/ Dated 06.08.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, S.T. Case No.293 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. Bail applications of the petitioner were earlier rejected twice by this Court vide B.A. No.8992/2024 & 2396/2025 respectively. Petitioner is alleged to have murdered his father-in-law. It appears that during the course of investigation, bloodstained shirt of the petitioner and bloodstained bamboo stick used in committing the murder of the deceased were recovered. It also appears that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
