The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 14-08-2025 registered as Case Crime No.148 of 2025, U/S-310(2), 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191 (2) Β.N.S., Police Station-Matsena, District- Firozabad (annexure no.1) to this writ petition; ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.148 of 2025, U/S-310(2), 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191 (2) B.N.S., Police Station- Matsena, District- Firozabad." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the First Information Report is made out. 5.
