Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conference would submit that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the impugned Crime No.258 of 2018 was transferred to Court Police Station, Gajuwaka and hence, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State is in attendance. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, if necessary, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
