HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13655 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants age relaxation in respect of the recruitment to be conducted by the respondents pursuant to the advertisement published in the year 2025 in view of the relaxation granted to certain category of the candidates vide Government Order dated 26.05.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel raises objection regarding maintainability of this petition but now at this stage when the petitioner had already gone over aged. It is submitted that in identical set of facts this Court has dismissed a petition being Writ A No.13689 of 2025 (Naveen Bhati and 2 others v. State of U.P. and 3 others) vide order dated 12.09.2025. 4. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that petitioners' year of birth are 1992, 1993, 1992, 1992, 1992, 1986, 1987, 1991, 1992, 1986, 1992, 1991, 1990, 1992, 1994 and 1987 and hence they had gone over aged against the advertisement published. 5. In view of the above, I find no justification to grant indulgence in the matter when a coordinate Bench has already declined to grant indulgence. 6. Accordingly, petition lacks merit and is dismissed. September 18, 2025 Nadeem Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajesh Yadav, Sanjay Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
