Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that a Criminal Case No.908 of 2019 (State of U.P. Vs. Vipin Kumar Gautam and others), arising out of Case Crime No.0053 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323 & 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Mahila Thana, District-Jhansi is pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge ( Junior Division) F.T.C./ C.A.W., Jhansi and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to conclude the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
