Heard Sri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to issue a direction to the court concerned to release the applicant on a personal bond and two sureties in 6 cases, details of which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 475 of 2025, under Section 305(2), 317(2), 112 of B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. (ii) Case Crime No. 142 of 2025, under Section 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Mataundh, District Banda. (iii) Case Crime No. 135 of 2025, under Section 303(2), 317(2), 112 of B.N.S., P.S. Mataundh, District Banda. (iv) Case Crime No. 483 of 2025, under Section 303(2), 317(2), 112 of B.N.S., P.S.Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. (v) Case Crime No. 471 of 2025, under Section 305(2), 317(2), 112 of B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. (vi) Case Crime No. 148 of 2025, under Section 303(2), 61(2), 317(2), 112 of B.N.S., P.S. Kabrai, District Mahoba. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped against the applicant on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 18.9.2025. It is further submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 6.7.2025. It is further submitted he has not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in the aforesaid case crime numbers, after furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- in aforesaid 6 cases in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 5.
