Mr. Gupta, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would fairly submit that both the petitions were filed against a general 3 letter issued to the Paddy Procurement Centre In-charge on 28.04.2020 wherein, it was observed that the Centre In-charge would be liable for any loss caused to the Paddy Procurement Centre. Mr. Gupta would further submit that till date, the petitioners have not received any show-cause notice etc. and thus, both the petitions may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to revive their prayer, if cause of action arises. 2. No objection from other side. 3. Permission is granted. 4. Taking into consideration the fair submissions made by Mr. Gupta, both petitions are hereby disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to revive their prayer if cause of action arises in near future. 5.
