The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 30.7.2025, passed by the respondent No. 2, the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Jhansi Division, Jhansi, in a first appeal bearing Case No. 25/2012-2013, (Computerized Case No. C2013060000506, [Gajraj Singh Vs. Mohammad Arif and Others], under Section 331(3) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950, against an earlier order dated 29.7.2013 passed in proceedings under Section 229-B of the Act 1950. On being pointed out by the counsel for the State respondents that the order impugned would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Office to return the certified copies of the orders to the counsel for the petitioner, after retaining the photostat copies thereof.
