GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN WRIT PETITION No.15182 of 2025 ORDER: Present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of 2nd respondent in disposing appeal stated to be filed on 03.05.2025 challenging the termination order passed by 4th respondent. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – I appearing for respondents 1 to 3, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 and Smt.B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned standing counsel appearing for 6th respondent. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal within definite time frame. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel, appearing for respondents 4 and 5, on instructions, submits that appeal preferred by petitioner would be disposed of within four weeks. 2 CGR, J W.P. With the consent of both the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing 2nd respondent to decide appeal within four weeks from today after providing due opportunity of hearing to petitioner. It is also made clear that any appointment made in place of petitioner including that of 7th respondent shall be subject to outcome of the appeal. No costs.
