1. Heard Shri Varad Nath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Anshul Nigam, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. By means of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent nos.1 and 2 to constitute a team of local authorities in order to demarcate the plot no.145 situate in village Bhangel Begumpur, Pargana and Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Buddha Nagar and thereafter facilitate the petitioner to raise boundary wall over and above the land so demarcated.
3. In our considered view demarcation exercise involves not only the demarcation of present land but also that of tenure holders of the adjacent land. We further provide that, if they do so within a period of two weeks from today, the Revenue Authority concerned shall put all co-tenure holders of the joint land of the petitioners and tenure holders of the adjacent land and shall proceed to demarcate and fix the boundary of the petitioners' land after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the concerned tenure holders. The entire exercise shall be carried out within a maximum period of two months of the presentation of the application by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code.
