The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 153/2020. It has been alleged that some armed miscreants had forcibly taken possession of the Hyva belonging to the informant and had fled away. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and seems to have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Abil Kumar, who has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 6432 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025. Regard being had to above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
