In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 12.3.2025, the respondent/SECL’s Officer-in-Charge of this case has filed his affidavit while giving reasons as to why the fact regarding filing and passing of earlier order has not been brought on record. 2. For the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the explanation this Court is satisfied that the Officer-in-Charge of this case has duly explained the reason for non-mentioning of the earlier order passed by this Court. 3. Looking to the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the material fact regarding filing of the earlier petition, a sum of Rs.5,000 is imposed upon him as cost to be deposited by him with the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is warned not to do the same in future otherwise necessary action will be taken against him upon receipt of any information in his respect. 4.
