The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the non-bailable warrant dated 29.4.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj in Case No.763 of 2023 (State vs. Anjani Kumar Dwivedi and others), arising out of Case Crime No.385 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 452, 504, 506, 308, 325 IPC, Police Station-Manda, District-Prayagraj. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof. 5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
