When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case is pending in Spl.S.C.No.51 of 2025 for the offences under sections 5(l) & 6 of the POCSO Act. There are 39 witnesses and charges were framed on 08.10.2025. 3. In view of the above submission, the learned trial Judge/Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from 05.12.2025. 3.
