However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the present Contempt Petition. 2.This Court by order dated 21.11.2025 issued a direction to the respondent to furnish the break-up details of 25% of the backwages and retirement benefits of the petitioner. Accordingly, the break-up details have been filed. 3.Out of a sum of Rs.5,71,540/- payable to the petitioner, a sum of Rs.25,506/- was paid on 06.10.2025 and a further sum of Rs.25,736/- was paid on 23.10.2025 and thereafter, a sum of Rs.2,40,547/- was paid on 23.10.2025 and the balance sum of Rs.2,79,751/- was paid on 21.11.2025.
