Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Bank to execute and register the Sale Certificate of the Petition Schedule Property in favour of the Petitioner in terms of the Sale Confirmation letter dated 29.07.2021 vide ANNEXURE-A in the interest of justice. B. Pass any other order(s) or direction as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Meghachandra D.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.Vignesh S. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Sale Certificate is already been issued, validity of which is now over. He would undertake that the Bank would issue a fresh Sale Certificate, which would enable the petitioner to get the property registered before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar. 4. In the light of the said submission, nothing further would survive for consideration except a direction to the Bank to act in accordance with the undertaking so given before this Court, without brooking any delay.
