The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 05.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 235 of 2024 under Sections 329 (3), 352 and 351 (2) BNS, Police Station Pachokhara, District Firozabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. submitted that charge-sheet no. 11/25 dated 17.1.2025 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
