None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the revised call, however, Sri Kunwar Tejendra Bahadur Singh, learned AGA for the State is present. 3. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.128 of 2022, under Sections 376(3), 506, 452 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail during trial. 4. Pursuant to the order dated 18.09.2025 trial court has submitted its report, which is on record and from its perusal it reflects, trial of the case has already concluded on 24.05.2024 and, therefore, it appears that instant matter has become infructuous. 5.
