By the present contempt petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15/01/2025, the writ 2 / 3 petition bearing WPS No. 6427/2024 & other connected matters was disposed of by this Court with a direction to the respondents in the writ petition to consider the claim of the petitioners within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. He further submits that the present petitioner apprised the respondent authorities by filing a representation dated 13/02/2025, however, the order dated 15/01/2025 passed by this Court is not being complied with till date. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents herein on advance copy would submit that the writ petition bearing WPS No.6427/2024 & other connected matters including the leading case bearing WPS No.6289/2024 has been disposed of vide order dated 15/01/2025 where, for compliance of the said order, the respondents/ SECL have moved an application for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court. For which, by referring the order dated 08/04/2025 passed in MCC No.338/2025, learned counsel submits that this Court has granted further 30 days’ time to comply with the order dated 15/01/2025 passed in the leading case bearing WPS No.6289/2024. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed by this Court as well as the order dated 08/04/2025 passed in MCC No.338/2025. 4. In view of the above, it is clear that the present contempt petition is premature and the case of the petitioner can be considered within the extended period granted by this Court vide order dated 3 / 3 08/04/2025 passed in MCC No.338/2025. Accordingly, no contempt proceeding can be drawn at this stage. However, In case of non-consideration of the case of the petitioner within the said extended period, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition with respect to the same. 5.
