The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the concerned court to release the applicant in six cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties. The cases are as follows:- 1. Case Crime No. 541 of 2023, under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat; 2. Case Crime No. 29 of 2024, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat; 3. Case Crime No. 33 of 2024, under Sections 41, 411, 413, 414, I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat; 4. Case Crime No. 34 of 2024, under Section 307, I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat; 5. Case Crime No. 393 of 2024, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat; 6. Case Crime No. 522 of 2024, under Section 9/25 Arms Act, P.S. Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in all the cases the applicant has been granted bail. Applicant is a poor person and is unable to furnish sureties in all the cases. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.11.2024 and his last bail application has been allowed on 7.1.2025. It is further submitted that all the cases are related to false implication on the basis of confessional statement. In view of above facts and circumstances, the concerned magistrate of District Kanpur Dehat is directed to release the applicant in respective cases, after producing personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned Application under Section 528 of of BNSS is disposed of with above observations.
