Objections filed by counsel for the respondents today, is taken on record. 2. This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 03.05.2025 passed by Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Authority (LARRA), Prayagraj rejecting the application for impleadment filed in land acquisition case No. 259 of 2023. 3. Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that this revision has been filed concealing material facts and the revisionist has already filed a review application against the order impugned and the same has been dismissed by the court below by imposing cost. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently contended that revisionist is malafidely prosecuting the matter and has made material concealment, therefore, cost be awarded. 5. Since revision is being withdrawn by the revisionist, the same is dismissed as withdrawn with a cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to the respondents. October 17, 2025 Nitika Sri.
