By means of the present petition, petitioners seek the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents, to pay the salary and arrears for the post of Headmaster, to the petitioners, as they are rendering their services and performing their duties, as in-Charge Headmaster, from the date they assumed change. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents, to pay the salary and arrears to the petitioners, in the light of judgement and order dated 30.04.2025 of this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal No. 652 of 2024 (Secretary U.P. Basic Education Board and 2 Others Vs. Tripurari Dubey and Others). (III) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents, to decide the representation of the petitioners, as per the guidelines laid down by this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal No. 652 of 2024 (Secretary U.P. Basic Education Board and 2 Others Vs. Tripurari Dubey and Others)." 3.
