According to petitioner, she has applied for electricity connection on 11.01.2025, but respondent-authority has not yet install electricity connection. 2. Sri Rakesh Kumar Giri, Advocate bearing Advocate Roll No.A/R0622/2012 holding brief of Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that online application of the petitioner for installation of electricity connection has been rejected on the ground that petitioner did not upload all the requisite documents. 3. In view of the aforesaid fact, we dispose off the writ petition permitting the petitioner to file a fresh online application alongwith all necessary documents within a period of one month from today. If petitioner submits such application, the respondent no.2-Executive Engineer, Poorvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Khand, Rambag, Prayagraj shall consider and decide the application of petitioner for grant of new electricity connection strictly in accordance with law, and if he finds that new electricity connection cannot be installed at the premises of petitioner, he shall pass a speaking order giving reasons for not granting electricity connection within a period of two months, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
