Choudhury, learned standing counsel, APDCL appearing for the respondents submits that the prayer of the petitioner pertains to the recruitment process initiated in the year 2018, which process has been concluded long back and the selected candidates have not only been appointed but have also been promoted to the next higher posts. As such, submits Mr. Choudhury, this writ petition has become infractuous. I find from the record that even on the previous occasion, the petitioner’s counsel was absent. From the above, it is clear that the petitioner is no longer serious to pursue this matter before this Court. It also appears that there is no live issue involved in this proceeding at this point of time. As such and on the submission of Mr. Choudhury, this writ petition stands disposed of as infractuous.
