It is not disputed that presently petitioner-institution is not affiliated with respondent-2 (Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University, Aligarh), therefore, the students of petitioner-institution are not allowed to participate in counselling. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submit that in case petitioner- institution moves an application before said University, said University will consider it in accordance with law. 4. In view of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner-institution moves an application before concerned University, the same shall be considered and decided by University in accordance with law expeditiously so that affiliation could be extended, if all required conditions are satisfied.
