The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to direct the Court below i.e. Civil Judge (Sr. Division) F.T.C., District- Bhadohi to expedite the proceedings of Case No.3709 of 2020 (State Vs. Lalman Chaubey) in Case Crime No.0059 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 of I.P.C., P.S. - Durgaganj, District- Bhadohi, within the time frame as stipulated by this Court. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
