Learned counsel for the petitioner may implead "Rinky" wife of late Ashutosh as a respondent in the case, and also correct the description of respondent nos.2 and 3, during course of the day. 2. Aggrieved by the harassment caused by respondent no.4, the petitioner has approached the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents of Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3. Grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by him before the relevant authority was not being decided. 4. Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents states that complete details have not been given in the application filed by the petitioner. 5. Be that as it may, we are of the view that if there are any particulars lacking in the application, the Sub-Divisional Officer may ask for another application which the petitioner shall place before the Sub-Divisional Officer and the application, if filed by the petitioner, shall thereafter be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of the application. 6.
