Mr. Prashant Dansena, learned counsel submits that he has filed his power today itself on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Mr. Prashant Dansena, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2/State and Mr. Kishore Narayan, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 3. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “1. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside FIR bearing Crime No. 0189/2021 (Annexure P/1) and direct the respondent authorities to stop the consequent investigation, in the interest of justice. 2. That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit may also be granted.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the closure report has already been filed by the State before the competent authority. 5.
