The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner’s company 2. submitted an application to the Respondent No.3 for forming a layout in an extent of Ac. 119.02 cents in R.S.Nos. 482/2A, 483/2A1, 498/1, 500/1 3A1, 501, 503/1, 3(P), 505/1A, 1C(P), 3A, 3C(P), 511, 512/1(P), 566/1(P), 569/2A(P), 4, 571/1 A, 2A, 2B and 575/IB (P) at Bodduvanipalem Village, Korisapadu Mandal, Baptia District. 3. The Respondent No.3, on examination of the proposal, directed the Petitioner’s company to provide 5% additional land for YSR 3 Jagananna Housing Projects Development (Layout G.O.Ms.No.145 executed the Gift Deeds Kommalapati Navya Deed Nos.6193/2022, 28.09.2022, totaling for as required under the Andhra Pradesh and Sub Division), Rules Land 2017 as mandated vide dated 06.12.2021. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with following directions: i) The Respondent Authorities shall cancel the Gift Deed Nos.6193/2022, dated 17.09.2022 and 6239/2022 dated 28.09.2022 executed by Regula Sanjeeva Rao, Kommalapati Navya and Ramireddy Veeranjaneyulu within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
