JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 1 In this petition, the petitioners have alleged non-compliance of the order dated 30.10.2019, passed in WP(C) 4045/2019, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 15.09.2019,stated to have been filed by the petitioners, for release of salary in their favour strictly as per rules, provided they are eligible and had actually discharged their duties. 2 Compliance report has been filed, stating that the Block Development Officer, Buffliaz, vide letter dated 10.10.2022, submitted a report to the official respondents indicating that the petitioners were engaged as Data Entry Operators under MGRNEGA Scheme without following proper procedure laid down under the Scheme. It is further stated that the petitioners have been disengaged vide Government order dated 09.08.2018, which has been duly endorsed by the respondents vide order dated 27.08.2018. It also stated that no honorarium/wages are pending qua the petitioners for the period before the passing of the disengagement order dated 09.08.2018. Sr. No. 72 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners have already assailed the disengagement order dated 09.08.2018 by way of a writ petition. 4 In view of the above, the respondents have complied with the order dated 30.10.2019.
