Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to make all efforts of completing the investigation within statutory period. 4. However, in case if he fails to complete the investigation within the statutory period, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Court of Magistrate concerned as per Sakiri Vasu Vs.
