Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has filed additional counter affidavit placing on record the charge sheet copy whereof has been supplied to the petitioner. The said Additional counter affidavit is taken on record. 2. The present PIL was registered by the Court on a letter dated 18.08.2020 written by the petitioner, an Advocate, pertaining to disappearance of one Shiv Kumar Trivedi from police custody since 13.02.2020. 3. Various orders were passed by the Court inter alia requiring the matter to be investigated and ultimately resulting in the State granting sanction for prosecution of certain police personnel with regard to the said disappearance. 4. Pursuant to the sanction granted, the charge sheet has been presented against the accused before the criminal court whrerein the accused are being tried. 5. The petitioner, who appears in person, attempted to make submissions pertaining to involvement of certain other officials on account of violation of provisions of Section 100 of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 and that the investigation has been tainted wherein those guilty, other than the accused, have been exonerated. In the overall facts circumstances of the case wherein now the matter is before the competent criminal court, we do not find any reason to continue with the present PIL as the subject matter of the plea sought to be raised, if comes to the notice of the criminal court, there are sufficient provisions for taking cognizance of the said aspect of the matter. 7. In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of. 8. It is expected of the court where the trial is pending that the matter shall proceed with expedition.
