This petition has been filed for following relief: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the court below i.e. Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Farrukhabad to decide the O.S. No. 680 of 2019, Rajesh Kumar Vs. Pwan Kumar and others, within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, And/or to pass any such other and further interim-order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2019. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
