Preete, learned counsel for applicants, Sri Ramdeo Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Case No. 814 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 04 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nadigaon, District Jalaun pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Konch, Jalaun to the District Court Agra. 3. Learned counsel for applicants submits, applicant no.1 is husband of opposite party no.2 and other applicants are his relative and he filed instant transfer application with a prayer to transfer the case from District Jalaun to District Agra or any other adjacent district but during pendency of instant application applicants have availed the facility of Video Conferencing and they are appearing through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant application may be disposed off with a direction that applicants shall continue to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned AGA are having no objection. 5. I have heard both the parties and perused the record of the case. 6. Applicant no.1 is husband of opposite party no.2 and rest of applicants are his close relatives and instant transfer application has been filed by Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Km Preete Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Pravesh Kumar, Ramdeo Mani Tripathi Shubham And 4 Others .....Applicant(s) Smt. Rani Yadav .....Opposite Party(s) applicants to transfer the case from District Jalaun to District Agra but it appears, applicants are appearing through Video Conferencing. 7. Considering the above fact, there is no need to pass any further order. Accordingly, instant transfer application stands disposed off.
