Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the 3rd respondent has conducted a preliminary enquiry and the referred as false. 3. Considering the same, a copy of the preliminary report may be furnished to the petitioner. Upon receipt of such report, it is left open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. 4.
