The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the Judgment and Award dated 27.10.23 passed by Respondent no. 1 in Adjudication Case no. 140 of 2014 (Smt. Mithlesh vs. M/s Taurus) published 20.12.2023 (Annexure 1 to the writ petition); ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the Recovery Order dated 10.1.2025 passed by the Asst. Labour Commissioner; iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to expeditiously decide the Recall Application dated 11.1.24 filed by the Petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the award recall application has been filed on the ground that the authorised representative of the company has withdrawn his authority. He further submits that the recall application is pending before the authority concerned and the same may be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that recall application of the petitioner pending before respondent No.1 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of twenty days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
