Sri Satya Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the writ petition has been preferred for challenging a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order 04.10.2025 passed by respondent no.4 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, District-Prayagraj (Annexure no.7 to this writ petition). However, in the wake of the order dated 24.10.2025 passed by the respondents, the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned Standing Counsel have no objection to the same.
