HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 15400 of 2025 Court No. - 52 HON'BLE MRS. MANJU RANI CHAUHAN, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. The writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 15.06.2025 by which the petitioner, who is an outsourced employee, has been terminated and further a prayer to restore the petitioner on the post of Maintenance Skilled (Rural) Machhalishahar, 33/11 K.V. Sub Station, Machhalishahar, Vidyut Up-kendra, Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondents raises an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is an outsourced employee, who has been terminated by respondent no.5, the company who has outsourced the employee in the department, namely, Vidyut Vitran, Sub-Station Machhalishahar, Jaunpur. In view of above, the writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedy as available under law. October 14, 2025 Rahul.
