Tiwari, Advocate For the Opp. Parties : Mr. Divyam, AC to SC-IV ---- 02/22.08.2025 The instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for correction in the cause-title in view of the fact that petitioner Sugan Gidhi is the daughter of Atewa Gidhi, however, in the cause-title it has been typed as Sugan Gidhi, wife of Atawa Gidhi; due to typographical error in the writ petition also, as such, the same requires correction. Learned counsel also prays for same correction in the cause-title of the writ application as well as the C.M.P. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has no objection to the same. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make suitable corrections in the writ petition as well as in the C.M.P. 4. In view of fair submissions of the parties, order dated 11.06.2025, passed in W.P.(S). No. 2525 of 2025 is modified/corrected to the effect that henceforth, the name of the petitioner be read as ‘Sugan Gidhi, daughter of Atawa Gidhi’ in place of ‘Sugan Gidhi, wife of Atawa Gidhi’. 5.
