I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful examination of the findings recorded by respondent Nos.2 and 3 would makes it clear that khatha has been made in terms of the registered Sale Deed dated 15.04.1976. In that view of the matter, as Khatha has been made pursuant to the execution of the registered sale deed and therefore, if petitioner is having any dispute regarding the same, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court, if so advised, to adjudicate his right in respect of the subject land. 3. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the writ petition as there is no perversity in the impugned - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22582 WP No. 14263 of 2019 orders passed by respondent Nos.3 and 2 at Annexures-A and C respectively.
