Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that a detailed order passed by the Respondent/ Corporation rejecting the application of the Petitioners for paying property tax, which is unchallenged. In the absence of the same, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. A copy of the rejection order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Respondent/ Corporation is placed on record. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition to challenge the rejection order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Respondent/ Corporation. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the Petitioners to challenge the rejection order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Respondent/ Corporation in independent Writ Petition.
