Pursuant to order dated 19.02.2025, report from District Judge, Varanasi has been received to office of Registrar General, which has been placed on record. 2. From perusal of the report, it transpires that the appeal has already been registered and notice has been issued to the other party. The appeal has been admitted on 01.03.2025 and notice was issued to remaining respondents on 6C application filed by the applicant on 04.03.2025. 3. As the sole prayer made in the writ petition is for seeking a direction upon the court concerned to register the appeal, it is evident from the report that appeal has been registered and notice on 6C application has already been issued. 4. In view of said fact, appellate court is hereby requested to proceed with the appeal and take a final call and decide the same along with temporary injunction application 6-C, as expeditiously as possible, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
