Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the disciplinary authority viz., the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Vellore, considered the petitioner’s representation and passed an order by the proceedings dated 28.10.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 28.10.2025, before this Court. 3.
