Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No. 1. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Page No.# 2/2 1. Abul Ali @ Abul Ahmed and 2. Rabul Ali, who were granted interim bail by order dated 03.09.2025 passed in AB Case No. 2140/2025 in connection with Sivasagar P.S. Case No. 119/2025, under Sections 61(2)/305(e)/287/288/125(b) of BNS read with Section 23 of Petroleum Act. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners has come to know that by order dated 31.08.2025 passed in Sivasagar P.S. Case No. 119/2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sivasagar has allowed addition of Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 to the aforesaid case. 4. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners may be allowed to file an amended cause-title in AB Case No. 2140/2025 to bring on record the addition of the aforesaid penal provisions. 5. The prayer is allowed. 6. The petitioners may do so by filing an amended bail application/cause- title in the AB Case No. 2140/2025 on or before the next date fixed i.e., 24.09.2025. 7.
