This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 3885 of 2018; titled State v. Anil & ors., arising out of Case Crime No. 035 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Hata, District Kushinagar, and charge sheet dated 09.11.2018 submitted by I.O. against applicant nos. 1 and 2 for office under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC and against applicant no.3 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC only, P.S. Hata, District Kushinagar and cognizance order dated 01.12.2018 with further prayer to stay the proceeding in the aforementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in compliance of the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by this Court the applicants filed compromise deed before the court of learned J.M./ IInd Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Div), Kasia Kushinagar, and the concerned court vide its order dated 17.09.2025 verified the said compromise in the presence of the applicants and opposite party no.2, copy of which is on record and marked as "A". 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that since the parties have entered into compromise, which has also been verified by the trial court, therefore, no useful purpose would be served if the proceedings of the aforesaid case go on further. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, is also present. He has no objection to the statement, made above. 6. In view of the above, it is deemed proper and meet the ends of justice that the proceeding of the aforementioned case be quashed. 7. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands allowed, keeping in view the compromise made by the applicants as well as opposite party no.2. The entire proceedings of Case No. 3885 of 2018 (State v. Anil & ors.), arising out of Case Crime No. 035 of 2018 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Hata, District Kushinagar, and charge sheet dated 09.11.2018 submitted by I.O. against applicant nos. 1 and 2 for office under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC and against applicant no.3 under Section 420, 120-B IPC, P.S. Hata, District Kushinagar and cognizance order dated 01.12.2018 are hereby quashed, so far as it relates to the applicants herein.
