JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 23.06.2022 passed by this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sentence of the petitioner was suspended long back i.e., on 23.06.2022, wherein this Court while suspending the sentence directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the fine amount, including the amount already deposited, if any, in the Trial Court, within two weeks and also directed to execute a bond for Rs.1 lakh with two sureties and this order has not been complied even after lapse of 2½ years. 3. When the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court, the question of considering the revision petition on merits does not arise.
