For the Respondents: Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Petitioner herein, who is working as Conductor in HRTC, is aggrieved on account of the fact that despite there being transfer order dated 26.06.2025, whereby he has been transferred from Local Unit, Shimla to Palampur Unit, he is not being permitted to join at the transferred station. 2. Before reply, if any, could be called from the respondents, Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions states that petitioner shall be permitted to join at the transferred station today itself. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
