The written instructions placed on record by the learned Assistant Government Pleader Home, contains that one complaint was lodged by the respondent No.5 with the concerned Superintendent of Police, which was forwarded to the concerned SHO. After thorough enquiry and preliminary investigation, the police authority is of opinion that the compliant has no merit and accordingly, the said compliant was closed. 3. Taking note of the written instructions of the authority, the instant writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
