The interlocutary prayer seeks an order of injunction restraining the respondents 3 to 6 from carrying on any construction activities. This shows that not only the funds were allotted but construction activities have also commenced. 2.The interim order sought for exceeds the relief in the main Writ Petition. Hence, it is not entertainable. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
