Sri Punit Khare, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of certiorari to call for the records and set-aside/quash the impugned seniority list dated 27.8.2025 issued by respondent no. 2 (Annexure 1) and also a writ, order or direction of the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to publish/ issue fresh seniority list of regular computer assistants who were appointed ad-hoc against the substantive vacancy and were regularized thereon and not to induct such incumbents who were appointed as daily wager or short term employees without any sanctioned post nor can be treated regularized, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
